Tamara Player
Chief Executive Officer

Tamara Player is a seasoned mental health executive with 23 years of experience working in the not for profit community mental health system, including 12 years in a senior leadership role; 6 of those years as Chief Operating Officer for community behavioral health centers in Colorado and Maine. Trained as a clinical social worker, she also worked directly with clients for 13 years. 

A diverse and innovative leader who has faced a number of organizational challenges and successes, Tamara has developed a solid understanding of the ever evolving world of health care, the impact that changes have on a system and the need for organizations to be innovative, efficient, and effective in order to meet the Triple Aim. 

Tamara received a Master of Social Work from the University of New England, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maine and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Colorado and Maine.
