Carol Peek graduated in 1987 from the Art Center College of Design with Honors. She also attended Scottsdale's Artists School. Peek has won numerous awards including Honorable Mention for 1995's Artist's Magazine ; the Silver medal from the Art of California Discovery Awards; the Award of Excellence from the La Quinta Arts Festival; 1997's American Academy of Equine Art, Founders Award
