Ralph Borge | Gathering Storm over Point Reyes | Size: 26 x 20

Husband of Martha Borge, and Professor Emeritus of the California College of Arts and Crafts (CCAC), Oakland, Ralph Borge received his BFA/MA from this same institution. As an influential California artist, he has exhibited at the Fine Arts Gallery in San Diego, Crocker Art Gallery in Sacramento, the Museum of Modern Art in New York and presently at his own Borge Point Reyes Gallery in Point Reyes Station. Honors that Ralph Borge has received include the 1983 Distinguished Faculty Award from the CCAC; First Prize for Realism at the California State Fair, and the first SECA Invitational from the Society for the Encouragement of Contemporary Art at the San Francisco Modern Art Museum.
