Breaking new Ground...
Helen Vine Recovery Center

Breaking new Ground... Helen Vine Recovery Center

Just like good recovery programs, a new building requires a solid foundation and a little digging. The new Helen Vine Center is on its way!

Suicide Prevention Hotline Volunteer Training & Radio Friends

Suicide Prevention Hotline Volunteer Training & Radio Friends

This month Buckelew Programs earned 2 prominent radio spots on KRCB, Sonoma’s public radio (an NRP affiliate). In early August, Adam Kahn, a Buckelew team leader, was interviewed for the collaborative project he co-created, The Sonoma County Wellness Art Collaborative (see next news item for picture from then opening night!).

On August 21st KRCB featured Katrin Ciaffa, Buckelew Development Director, and Rich S., a longtime hotline volunteer, sharing the opportunity coming up for volunteer training. Interested? Training starts September 12th, more info: Susan at 415.499.1193 ext. 3003. Learn skills you can use to save lives and improve your personal communication. Everywhere.
