NEW DATE! Film Event and Benefit for Suicide Prevention September 18th

Driven by a desire to understand why her best friend killed herself at 16, local filmmaker, Jacqueline Monetta invites fellow teens who are suffering to share their emotional struggles. Through her intimate one-on-one interviews, Jacqueline and the audience learn about depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicide attempts, getting help and treating mental health issues.

Join us on Tuesday evening September 18th at Finley Center in Santa Rosa at 7pm for a screening of the film and discussion panel. Tickets $20 - all proceeds benefit our local Suicide Prevention Hotline 

Special pre-screening reception 5:30-6:45pm: Meet Kiki Goshay, producer/director of Not Alone and Kali, one of the students from the film, in an intimate setting with fine wine and local fare. Tickets for the pre-screening reception are $50 and include the screening and community forum immediately following.

General screening from 7-9:15 pm. Join us for this important 50 minute film then stay for the community discussion with KikI Goshay, producer/director and Kali, a student from the film. Moderated by Tamara Player, CEO of Buckelew Programs. Mental Health resources available on site.

This program is suitable for teens and their parents, concerned community members and health care professionals.This screening was made possible through the generosity of The Sonoma County Office of Education and St.Joseph Health, along with Kiki Goshay, for the benefit of the Suicide Prevention Hotline in Sonoma, Marin, Mendocino and Lake Counties, a service of Buckelew Programs.
